Winston is a 5-year-old, AQHA registered ranch gelding. He’s started in the heeling and breakaway. It doesn’t matter if you’re needing him on a cold snowy day when the cows get out or you’re going out for a sunny summer trail ride, he is the same horse every time. He is smooth to ride in all gaits, watches a cow, and is fun to ride both out on the range sorting or working in the pens. He is easy to open and close gates, has an excellent side pass, and a good one-handed neck rein.
Winston has done all aspects of ranch work, and he’s seasoned on the trail. Whether you want a ranch horse for everyday work or a pretty trail horse to ride once a month, he’s the one for you. He doesn’t need a daily job but doesn’t complain if you give him one. He is happy to ride out alone or in a group. He has no vices or bad habits, is easy to catch, and would finish out to be an excellent breakaway or heel horse. This gelding is a very easy keeper and would fit into any operation or program.
