- 4-5 p.m. : Open Arena Preview
- Arena open for sale horses only
- Before entering arena, horses MUST be checked in for the sale, have hip number affixed, and waiver must be signed
- 5-6 p.m. : Performance Preview
- Obstacle course will be put out in the arena and barrels availble upon request
- Each horse will have the full arena for 90 seconds
- FREE for all cataloged horses to participate in
- 6-8 p.m. : Stray Gathering
- $150/person
- 3 man teams, 2 steers/team
- 65% payback to top teams
- Taking 20 teams
- Added money for top-placing teams that have a sale horse in them
- Will have awards for Top Cowgirl, Elite Sale Mare and Top Sale Horse
- After Stray Gathering. : Rope Horse Preview
- Open to sale horses only
- FREE to sale horses participating in the Stray Gathering!
- $30/horse for sale horses not entered in Stray Gathering.
- One-end roping is guaranteed 3 head. Switch-enders will rope 2 on each end.
- Help will be available if needed.
